Issues with your Payment
If your card is rejected by the payment systems, please check that all of the details you entered were correct. If you are sure you are using a valid card and the details are correct, please try again with the same card or place the order again using a different card. If the problem persists, please contact your card provider.
Your name and billing address details must match the card-holder address details held by your card issuer.
If there is a problem with collecting payment from your card after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will not be obliged to dispatch your order. We will try to contact you about any issue.
On some occasions, we may be unable to process or dispatch an order. The reasons for this may be due to the following:
The item being out of stock or no longer available.
The item being damaged or marked.
Your payment being declined or charged back.
Any unspecified technical error.
Any issue with the delivery address or details you provided.

To protect us all against fraudulent use of cards, we conduct security checks on all orders received. These checks can take many days and may involve contacting you by phone before we can process your order.

Our online transactions are verified by either Mastercard SecureCode or Verified by Visa to give you extra protection.
You may also be asked to enter your credit - debit card password.
NEVER give your card password to anyone else, not over the phone or in store.
Please note your order will only be dispatched once we have received authorisation from your card issuer.
There is NO minimum order value on our shopping site, and NO delivery costs at all for mainland UK orders.
